The Axiocam Icm is an affordable but high performance monochrome microscope camera perfect for documenting routine fluorescence.  It has a firewire interface and is delivered with a firewire board to be installed in a standard height PCIe slot.  Compatible with Windows 7/10.  If you are looking for a reliable, low cost camera to document moderate to bright fluorescence signal look no further - the Axiocam Icm can accomplish that for under $3k - why pay $10k or more for a research level camera.  If you are in need of a high end, cooled camera to quantify weak fluorescence signals this would not be the recommended solution.   

This camera is in like new condition and is delivered with the powerful yet simple to use Zen2Lite software which will allow you to very easily view a live image, optimize and capture, colorize, measure or add scale bars and save.  

The camera does require a standard c-mount adapter to couple to the microscope.  0.5x magnification is recommended.  If you do not have the proper c-mount adapter please contact us and we can supply one for you.
