This Zeiss EC Plan Neofluar 10x/0.3 objective w/ RMS threads is compatible with Axio series microscopes.  The EC Plan Neofluar line is the most recent design from Carl Zeiss with enhanced contrast (EC), improved light control, high numerical apertures and excellent color correction and flatness for demanding applications.  

If you're in need of a 10x objective for a slightly older microscope with RMS thread nosepiece this is the objective for you.  This much newer "EC" Plan Neofluar significantly outperforms the older Plan Neofluar series objectives that are commonly found online.  Zeiss no longer makes an RMS thread research grade objective - so this is the one you want.  

Important Note - Use on current Zeiss microscopes with M27 objectives requires this adapter.  The RMS-M27 adapter is parfocal and parcentric with no other optical drawbacks.  Models which require this adapter are AxioObserver, AxioImager, AxioScope A1, AxioLab A1, AxioVert A1, some models of AxioVert 200.  

Objective is in like new condition with little to no signs of use and will perform like new. Tested on AxioSkop2 stand with excellent results as would be expected.
