This Zeiss LD (long working distance) A Plan 10x/0.25 Ph1 phase contrast objective compatible with all current Axio series microscopes.  It is traditionally used on inverted tissue culture microscopes but can also be used on upright microscopes.  Its long working distance of 8.5mm give it flexibility to suit multiple applications.  It is corrected for 1mm plastic tissue culture applications but due to its NA it can also be used coverglass or no coverglass specimens with no loss in image quality.  It is only parfocal with other "LD" marked objectives.  LD A Plan objectives have increased color correction and flatness for routine imaging applications.  

Objective is in like new condition.  Tested on Axiovert.5 stand with excellent results as would be expected.
