This Zeiss Plan Neofluar 40x/0.75 Ph2 phase contrast objective w/ RMS threads is compatible with all Axio series microscopes.  Plan Neofluar objectives have increased numerical apertures, color correction and flatness for demanding research applications.  PH2 ring in objective pairs with condenser ring for phase contrast.  Objective is in very good condition - does have some minor signs of use on the metal tip.  Optically there are no marks, scratches or delamination on the glass surfaces.  Objective was tested on AxioImager stand with and delivered sharp, crisp image as expected.  

Important Note - Use on current Zeiss microscopes with M27 objectives requires this adapter.  The RMS-M27 adapter is parfocal and parcentric with no other optical drawbacks.  Models which require this adapter are AxioObserver, AxioImager, AxioScope A1, AxioLab A1, AxioVert A1, some models of AxioVert 200.
