Zeiss long distance (LD) 40x/0.60 phase contrast objective for 160mm tube length microscopes.  Recommended for inverted tissue culture microscopes.  Correction collar to correct for vessel thickness between 1.0 - 1.5mm thich.  RMS thread mount.  Couples with PH2 condenser ring to deliver phase contast image or open position of condenser for brightfield.  Also usable for fluorescence.   

Excellent condition.  Optics show no marks, scratches or delamination.  Correction collar works smoothly.  Some minor signs of use on outer barrel which do not affect performance.  Bench tested on Universal stand - image is sharp and crisp.
