This DIC prism with integrated polarizer installs into any 0.55 NA condenser for the AxioObserver and AxioVert 200 series microscopes.  You'll need this part to do DIC with any objective that uses prism II.  Most 20x and 40x dry objective as well as 10x Plan Apo use prism II.  This part also includes the necessary polarizer so the polarizer does not need to be added separately.  In order to complete the components needed for DIC you still need to add the objective prism and analyzer.  Like new condition.  Zeiss p/n 426720.
