This Zeiss fluorescence filter set 10 is compatible with all current and recent Axio series upright and inverted microscopes.  It includes the Zeiss push & click filter cube with filters pre-mounted.

Filter Set 10 is designed for use with FITC, Alexa 488, Fluo3, Oregon Green and other dyes exciting in the same range.  It can also be used for GFP.  

Excitation: 450-490nm
Emission: 515-565nm
