This Zeiss fluorescence filter set 38 HE is compatible with all current and recent Axio series upright and inverted microscopes.  It includes the Zeiss push & click filter cube with filters pre-mounted.

Filter Set 38 HE is designed for use with eGFP, FITC, Alexa Fluor 488, Cy2, Mitotracker green and other dyes exciting in the same range.  HE "high efficiency" filter sets are the research grade series with highest excitation, tightest wavelength control and zero pixel shift.  

Excitation: 450-490nm
Emission: 500-550nm
