Room for Real-World Parts

Image samples up to 300 × 300 mm and a maximum of 254 mm tall without cutting or compromising your specimen.

The stage height is fixed when focusing. Large, heavy, or fragile specimens (e.g., wafers, photomasks, coated glass, composites) remain perfectly still. The sample isn’t lifted or dropped during focusing, which eliminates the risk of vibration, drift, or mechanical stress on the material.

Clean Room Ready

Certified per DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and designed to meet ISO Class 5 when paired with the clean-room kit.
