Correlative Microscopy
Navigate seamlessly between the Smartzoom 5 and your ZEISS SEM. Images can be acquired on the Smartzoom 5, and then relocated on your electron microscope. An overlay image is automatically created which can be shared with collaborators overing a new view your samples.
